September has been a busy wedding month, so I am just getting caught up on my early September wedding blogs. Kathy and George got married at the Greek Orthodox church here in Winston-Salem over the Labor day weekend. I have photographed nearly a dozen weddings here but am still amazed at the charge of energy I have at the end of the evening. The sense of community and family is so strong in these wedding stories. And the happy chaos is fun!
I had to post lead photo of the band that played at Marty and Lee's wedding. Not because Marty and Lee are not beautiful people, they are. And not because Marty and Lee are not incredibly fun, they definately were. But the Band, Venture Rays, was simply THE BEST Rock band I have ever heard at a wedding. So kudos to the boys of Venture Rays and Kudos to Marty and Lee for having awesome taste in music.
Fran and Matthew's wedding brought me to Raffaldini Vineyards in Wilkes County for my first time. It is a beautiful location overlooking the Brushy Mountains. Fran and Matt picked an incredible location and incredible date. One that will be hard to forget. Enjoy a glimpse into their special day.
Anna and Bryan hosted the perfect wedding a couple weeks ago. It was small and intimate - only about 16 guests and the location at Primland Resort could not have been any more incredible.
